2023 is a year that many people are looking forward to. Ghana’s Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, has promised to help the economy bounce back from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this essay, I will discuss six ways that Ofori-Atta plans to help the economy recover in 2023.
